Why Yahoo should not sell itself to Microsoft

This is the saddest moment of this year so far. Microsoft is going to buy Yahoo for $44.6 billion. What can be more unexciting and bogus than this that the software giant is going to piss off another great web service. When they acquired Hotmail quite sometime ago, I knew that this was the end of the best mail service of that time. I consequently moved to yahoo mail.
