Dictaphone for iPhoneThe iPhone 3G has been out for only a week and yet already there has been a slew of iPhone 3G software released for the iPhone 2 3G. After Apple realised where the market was heading and moved into DRM free technology (The main reason I disliked the iPod) the iPod even began to appeal to me. Then the iPhone was released, another fantastic device.

Most devices plugged as iPod or iPhone killers tend to fail miserably, their interfaces are never as smooth or effective as they try to clone Apples design, they seem to… Continue Reading»

O2 to slash the price of the iPhone by £100 ($200) in the UK

iPhoneO2 today announced that they would be cutting the price of the iPhone by £100 ($200) to £169 this week. The move comes shortly after German iPhone provider T-Mobile cut the handset price to a mere 99 Euros, thats around £70 or $140 to you or me.

The Reasoning begind this is as yet undecided. Some people say it is due to an imminent release of a 3G version of the iPhone, others think it may be due to Nokias announcement that they soon will be replacing an iPhone killing device… Continue Reading»
