My 12 Top Free PHPBB 3 Themes of 2008
I have been upgrading my PHPBB 3.0 onto a few sites now and have been using various themes for them all. For those that dont know PHPBB3 is the latest offering from from PHPBB one of the worlds most used forum management systems.
PHPBB3 is free to use and very customisable, which is why choosing your PHPBB3 theme is so difficult. There are thousands of PHPBB3 themes out there, some free and some that cost, so I decided to choose my favorite Free PHPBB3 Themes and put them here just to make things a little bit easier for my readers

The WoWMoonclaw PHPBB3 theme is a great little theme for World of Warcraft forums. This theme includes WoW imagaes and aviators integrated into PHPBB3.
TeckTonik Olympus PHPBB3 Theme
A White and Pink Slightly Girlier PHPBB3 Theme, great for preganacy or womens forums, does tend to put men off your forum if you use this PHPBB 3 theme though!
This is a PHPBB3 theme design made to fit in seamlessly with WIndows Vista. the Vista PHPBB3 theme has a great streamlined interface that slots in perfectly for users of Windows Vista.
The Smart Blue PHPBB3 Theme is a great streamlined simplistic theme designed to give you a fast loading minimalistic forum, I use this PHPBB3 theme a lot!
This is a great PHPBB 3 Theme that I have used on my snooker website. The forum theme is heavily based around the snooker/pool genre.
This theme is a bright vibrant PHPBB3 Theme that is great for a lot of forums based for the younger crowd.
A DarkBlue PHPBB theme, looks quite classy if you change some images. This is a great forum theme for those who are goign for a more underground/cool look.
Carbon Copy is a fantastically Sleek and suave PHPBB3 theme. With dark rounded corners and sweet designs this is definately one of my most used themes.
EGY Light is a stylish simplistic grey and white PHPBB3 theme. Designed for those who wante a fast loading simple PHPBB3 interface for their users.
FISubIce2 is a remake of the popular Subsilver theme on PHPBB2. This PHPBB3 theme is fantastic for those who loved the original version of SubSilver.
HardCamo is a military themed PHPBB3 Theme, perfect for those who are looking for a clan or first person shooter forum. If you like these kinda games try bringing in this PHPBB3 theme for your forum!
Inspiration is a fantastic clean simplistic green forum, its only downside is a fixed width (Two options available) That may cause problems for some of your users!
