Christian Dior have announced that they are working on a new phone with their design.

This follows a spate of designer phone releases, but unlike the majority of others its exterior is designed by the company itself. Personally I am not a fan of the design, but I am sure that there must be some people out there that it appeals to!

The actual specs of the phone have not been released yet, though they have mentioned it will have all the usual features such as touch screen, camera and (surprisingly) ring tones.

The feature that sets this apart is that you actually get two ‘phones’ The main phone and a ‘mini’ phone. The minature one, most likeley based on bluetooth, is about the size of a USB stick and can clip onto the outside of the ladies bag, ddress and so on, removing the need for rummaging around the bag when the phone starts to ring.

Of course as with all designer phones this comes with a hefty price tag, infact this one tops the none precious metal board with a $5000 price tag!

It seems for nowWith a cost as high as that I will be missing out on this phone, although since it is a rather girly affair I am just about managing to live with the fact!
