NANI PDA phone launched in Japan

The Japanese are a pretty blessed lot, always on the forefront of the latest and greatest when it comes to gadgets, robots, and cellphones. The NANI PDA Phone is no different, available from Sophia Mobile while running on Windows CE 6.0. Features include a 4.3? WVGA widescreen display, WiFi connectivity, an an integrated media player that supports MPEG, DivX, XviD, WAv, WMA, MP3, and Ogg Vorbis. You can carry all your data on a microSD memory card, making it all the more convenient. The NANI PDA Phone measures 140mm x 80.5mm x 17mm and weighs 180 grams. There is no word on pricing or availability as at press time.
